Legal Terms and Privacy

Any personal information, such as names and email addresses, will be used only for the purpose of responding to your inquiries and, with your permission, ocassionally sending emails with marketing or news materials for glkpens. We don't expect to bother your very often, but if you ever don't want to receive mailings from us, please let us know and we will remove you from our email list.

None of your information will be sold or intentionally provided to any other person or business. We will use prudent email, information, and security practices, and we'd be surprised if we were targetted by hackers etc., but unfortunately internet information is never completely secure. Please don't ever send us any financial or other sensitive personal information. We use paypal for credit card payments, and they are in a far better position than we are to protect your information.

Although we hope many kids, like our own, will develop an interest in vintage pens, we also don't want any information, or purchases by, non-adults. If you are under 16, please tell your parents about your interests and we will be happy to help them pick a nice pen for you.

All of the text and photos on this site are protected by copyright law, so don't copy without permission from us. (We don't think that our writing or pictures are that special, but we don't want them used to try to deceive people etc.). On the other hand, please feel free to link to our site, and if you tell us about it, we will be happy to reciprocate.

Finally, please note that we are not authorized dealers of new pens from any of the current manufactuers (e.g. Conway Stewart, Namiki, etc). As a result, we can't pass along any manufacturers' warranties. We will, however, try to help out with your concerns to the extent we are able.
